Singang sa Miso - Ulo ng Pink Salmon
It is a wonederful oportunity to learn this menu with my stepmother Tita Norie. She is always willing to share what she knows in cooking, this is her forte.
Ingredients
1 Ulo ng pink Salmon 2 pcs - available at Alfamart good for 6 servings 😊😊😊 around P150 lang ito..
2 Mustasa leaves
3 Garlic
4 Onion
5 Tomatoes
6 Ginger
7 Sinigang sa miso knoww powder
8 Pinaghugasan ng bigas (Rice water/water used to wash rice)
9 Salt or Knorr cubes - pork, chicken can be used.
10 Cooking Oil
How To Prepare
1 Cut the Pink Salmon's head into small pieces and wash.
2 Prepare the cooking, but the cooking oil.
3 First, saute the ginger, garlic, onion and sliced tomato.
4 Once tomato is almost dissolved, put the salmon's head, and ad the rice water. Boil for maximum 4-5 minutes. (Salmon's head is soft and easy to cook, it might be overcooked beyond 5 minutes)
5 Put the mustasa leaves and let it boiled for 1 min.
6 Put the Sinigang sa miso knorr powder, salt and mix a little bii to scatter the salty taste.
7 Cover the cooking pan, turn off the stove and serve after 2-3 minutes and enjoy!
