I sent SBD wrong to Binance STEEM wallet

in #steemit5 hours ago (edited)

Anyone please help me. First of all, I wrote it in an English translator, so the sentence can be weird. I sent SBD to Binance's Steam wallet address from the steam wallet. I filed an appeal to Binance, but it was rejected as an unlisted coin. The chat customer center said that if SBD is listed on Binance, apply for an appeal again then. They say they will solve it then. Should I just wait for SBD to go public as Binance said? Is there any other way?

Greetings @kimmankyu

It's unfortunate what happened to you, the only thing I can recommend is that you transfer 0.001 Steem or SBD to @bdhivesteem, and in the memo explain your situation or the mistake you made, I can see that the SBD has not yet left the Steemit wallet.

I wish you success.

If I explain my situation in the memo and send a .001 STEEM or SBD to the bdhivesteem wallet, who checks the memo? I don't understand what you said

This is reviewed by the account managers, I invite you to try it.

You can put the following in the note:

I appreciate your support in achieving the refund of 8000 SBD sent by mistake to the bdhivesteem wallet.

So, is there a possibility that the administrator will review it and return it?
thank you

It may be, it has happened before that users make a mistake with the memo, and the transaction is not successful, I have recommended that they do this process, they have managed to recover the Steem. I am not sure if it is the same with the SBD, but there is a good chance.

Do not make any more transfers.

Wait at least 24 hours.
