[Feature Request] More notifications please
As a new user coming from Reddit, one thing that irks me about Steemit is the lack of notifications for the following:
- Comment replies
- Resteems from other users
- Valuable upvotes from high-tier users
At the moment I feel the lack of these features is stifling discussion on the platform. People have to go back and manually check threads for replies, which can hardly be expected from many users. I wrote a post earlier today about some of my other thoughts on the Steemit platform which you can read here if you'd like to hear more of my thoughts on how Steemit can improve.
Edit: I understand that there is a Chrome extension that can enable these features, but realistically they should be implemented in-platform.
@killakoolaid We need remain informed and concentrate on things that are hidden from the majority.
