There are many ways to renew...for me it is getting out and connecting with nature. Also, breathing exercises and meditation. Look inside, reconnect with your inner spirit. Live your life with love, compassion and service to others. Exercise, eat healthy foods, organic non-gmo when possible. Connect with your higher power as in prayer, meditation, creatitivy, journal writing. Know thyself!!
Basically simply do the things that give you a sense of Joy and Peace .... Be you!
