How To Find Your Interests on Steemit (Day 4)

Hi Steemians,

Navigating the site is still a learning experience but no fear, there are a plethora of posts related to getting you started in the platform.

Here are three quick tips.

1. When you post be sure to tag appropriately
   This will allow other like-minded individuals to find your work and offer a more vibrant discussion in your comment thread (and vice versa).

2. Don't be shy - comment on other people's posts to break the ice.
   No one like's being the wallflower - get out there and engage. For instance, I am an entrepreneur but some of my interests are tv and culture. I found a fashion blogger just from posting my post and tagging #fashion as a tag. It was a quick match and now I have a better relationship in finding items that suit my interests making the platform more valuable.

3. Be the tortoise not a hare
   Take your time. Don't rush into posting just for posting sake. Read, review and be sure to reflect and engage.
