Laj dead body for four years in court

Hosne Ara Begum Liamu died on March 10, 2014. The bodies were preserved in Rangpur Medical College Hospital. The case was going on so long that the funeral would be according to any religion.

Lizu's body was buried beside the grave of the husband in the presence of Doram Upazila Nirbahi Officer of Nilphamari district on afternoon after the body was handed over from Rangpur Hospital morgue on Friday.
Hosne Ara Begum Liajur's former name Nipa Rani Roy According to police sources, he is the daughter of Akshay Kumar Roy of Bamunia village, under the upazila's Domar upazila. However, on Oct 25, 2013, Nipa got married in connection with the love affair with Humayun Farid, son of Jahurul Jahurul Islam of East BoraGari village of the same upazila. For this, he converted to Islam, and Hosne Ara Begum took the name of Laiju.
Police sources said, on the conviction, Nipa's father Akshay Kumar Roy filed a kidnapping case on October 28, 2013 in the Nilphamari Women and Children Repression Prevention Court. After the case, Liju submitted to the court along with all the documents related to husband and wife. Later the court dismissed the kidnapping case.
Then on January 15, 2014 Humayun Farid poisoned himself. Lizur died on 10 March of pesticide in the same year. According to Jahurul Islam Islamic Shariat, after the death of Liju, he was buried under the name of father and father Akshay Kumar Roy, according to Hindu scriptures, Nilphamari District Magistrate court appealed to the court. The court ordered the transfer of Lizu's body to his father-in-law after hearing both sides. Meanwhile, Liajur's father appealed to the High Court against this order. Until the matter was disposed of, his body remained in the hospital at Rangpur Medical College Hospital.
Today, at around 11:30 pm, Director of Hospital Ajay Kumar Roy handed over Lizu's body to his father-in-law Jahurul Islam. Domar Upazila Nirbahi Officer (UNO) Umme Fatema, Inspector of Domar Police Station (Investigation) Ibrahim Khalil were also present.
