The dev team is working hard on scaling issues, we get a few snags here and there, but it's nothing that can not be fixed eventually. Some people will FUD every little issue, but that's normal. Steem been through a lot of these before and we have 18 forks to show for it. Steemit fast growth is a problem, but it's the kind of problem any social media project loves to tackle.

I think that was delayed a bit to deal with scaling demand. A multi-threaded steemd will lay the groundwork for a successful update. When the foundation is strong, what you build on top will be strong as well.

STEEM is growing and growing every single day, but... growing in a way we cannot see. hear me out :)
Its kinda like, when you know your nephew that you haven't seen for 5years is growing but when you finally see him, you're like 'WOAHHH'
This is whats going to happen WITH STEMMIT..
I find 10p (10cents) and I instantly think, that could be worth a lot more on STEEMIT in few years ;)

It is great to see that the steem blockchain is going to be more scalable in the future.
I guess once they get this under their belt they can let the floodgates open with HF 20.

steemians have elected delegates and these delegates are in constant contact/debates with the steemit devs.
So steemit is in touch with the community 24/7 if you have an issue/question or concern, please forward it to one of the top 20 witnesses : (use a memo field in a TX)

Super answer. Do the witnesses communicate directly with all the developers or do they communicate with certain staff members? A representative..
Looks like the steem has facing a god future.
Brother, currently steemit is booming in almost all over the world, my suggestion that the application can be easier and lighter because generally the steamians use the application in android smartphone so required application which do not burden the memory of smartphone.
My suggestion to be more refined. thanks.
