RE: Steemit Retrospective for July
How does steem do that? It already is faster and and has no fees by comparison... Ether is changing to be what steem already is.

Well if people are this clueless, it's no wonder we're doing so poorly. Ethereum is already much more than Steem, there's no comparison, only now it'll also be as fast as Steem, which will leave people wondering why the hell use Steem in the first place as it does me, as a developer. The speed and no transaction fees has been the only reason I'd choose Steem over Ethereum and that comes with negatives like developing on a chain that's mismanaged, abused and isn't really decentralized, rather close to oligarchy actually.
This chain and its people need to wake up and face the reality or sink with the ship being delusional.
Yep, I agree completely. Instead we are told every week how no one is close to steem in terms of tech and how it is the best. We either build something great out of this, and soon, or we won't be talking about steem in 3 years, except to compare how it was a part of the myspace of crypto, steemit.com.
Oh, didn't realize you were sarcastic, Steem being well known for being an echo chamber of big SP holders cheerleaders like Exyle, who's just a clear example of everything wrong here in Steem, and he's the "good guy" what makes everything even worse.
I'll keep my little stake here selling votes, with the rest of the people, and treating it as a lottery ticket. No point spending more time than necessary in this place considering the current situation
