919 Coins? Bitcoin in Asia?

I saw 919 cryptocurrencies on that list of different currencies. I saw one at the bottom called Bond. They said they are selling assets which may include land. I am not too sure about Bond. Some of the other cheaper Alt Coins are probably scams, especially if their websites are poorly designed or full of too many ads and too many links to too many unrelated things maybe. That is what I saw when I was looking up coins.

I download a Dogecoin wallet and tried to send SBD to it some hours ago and I am still waiting. I also tried to send VND, my Vietnamese Dong money, through a BTM in Vietnam, to my Electrum Bitcoin wallet some hours ago and I am waiting for that. I am an English teacher and only have less than $2K USD and I am new to Bitcoin and Steem this month and kind of heard about some of these things before and I am 32 and single and I am excited and I am trying to learn it now.

I restarted my Electrum wallet and now I can see that the money I put into the BTM today arrived into it, into my Electrum wallet for Bitcoin. I got 0.18042733 BTC or 180 mBTC. This is 436.29 USD. I put 12 million VND into the BTM. 12 million VND equals to $527.64 USD, not $436.29 USD. Do I need to wait?
