Adventure Is A Beautiful Thing(poetry)

Adventure is a beautiful thing.
Turning stress into relaxation
Bringing color to the faded mind
Walking. Exploring. Without expectation
With not a clue of what one will find

Freeing your head of all your thoughts
As your eyes scan and examine
finding a new dance in nature
Performed by the Leaves swaying
to the chords of the wind.

trees standing up tall, on gaurd.
Fighting a war between nature And the lumberyard
While the grass grows strong,
Flowers bloom bright,
And the rock structures wither.

One learns to appreciate life,
Seeing that you're not alone in this world.
You're not the only one batteling to stay alive.
Like the tree filled with teremites.

Adventure is a beautiful thing
That re-ignites the will to survive
Like a spark to a light,
A light in the night,
Promising darkness, it will fight,
To stay alive.

Adventure is a beautiful thing
But this adventure is in the mind .
Remain in place for too long
and you will find,
That loneliness strikes because its all too familiar.

No new places to see, and you've become comfortable.
The dark becomes your friend.

go explore and find
Whats on your mind
In the side where the light resides
With the happy orange
And the joyful blue,
You'll see how this adventure
Will free you.
