Steemit Earning Tip #01 : 5 Tips on How to Earn thru Comment
This blog post is not for all, the author's intention is to help Steemians who have no idea that blogging is not the only way we earn SBD / Money on #steemit. It is not intended for all members but this blog is worth to share or resteem by all, why? To help new members learn other ways to earn on this platform especially those who hardly earn money from their posted articles. I know it is not easy to catch attention of whales (Whales are users on Steemit with most Steem Power (SP). They are the most influential people on Steemit because of their voting power.) also attention of other Steemians.
It always hurts as seeing our long written blog earned only cent, isn't it? Reality is that most of us especially newbies earned this amount 0.01 SBD or higher than that but less than 1.0 SBD. It is really hard for us to reach more than 1.0 SBD per post but of course it is achievable if you have the blood of a quality content writer because I saw some of the newbies who earned much because they do have the skill of writing. But for most of us who belongs to the average level writer or should I call it as unprofessional blogger it is important to discover more ways to earn on this platform and one of the reason why this platform is addictive because we also earn thru comments.
My highest earned amount from blog post
2.88 SBD is my highest earned amount posting a blog and all the other blogs earned less than 1.0 SBD, sad but true and of course I do understand why, it is because I am not a professional writer. Even though we post long contents of articles if it is not attractive to other members it is impossible for us to get upvoted. This situation helped me discover another ways to earn on this platform, I questioned myself and was curious if there's another way of earning here. Research is most important and we all knew about that, so I did a research and discover this awesome way to earn even not posting a blog.

How to successfully earn 1.0 SBD or more per comment?
The secret is Learning to love COMMENTING - Yes, you read it right! you have to love commenting other members post. Don't underestimate the power of comments because you will earn high amount of SBD if you do but you have to consider few things to successfully earn more than 1.0 SBD per comment.
5 Things to consider to successfully earn thru comments :
- Reputation of author
- Quality content of blog
- Time of posting
- Comment quality
- Relate your comment
1. Author's Reputation
Look at the figure above, first things first is you have to check the reputation (number beside the username) of the author you can also check the profile and the wallet to determine if he/she is a High Value member.
Example of High Value member below : Some has more than that stats and you can determine by checking the reputation and wallet. I prefer to comment to those authors with 55 or higher reputation because we have a probability of 70% - 100% of earnings when the author will up-vote our comment.
2. Content Quality

Second thing to consider is the Quality of blog contents, of course if the blog has low quality consider it not effective and will not catch the attention of high valued members. You have less chance that your comment will be up-voted by more members. So, check first before commenting!
3. Time of posting
One of the secret that you will have a high percentage of being up-voted by the author and other members is that you have to be at least on the first 5 person who commented the post. As I noticed, this really matters the reason you have to always check for new post. See the figure above! The earlier the better!

4. Comment quality
Don't just rely on the 3 things I mentioned earlier but don't forget quality of your comment too! Of course no one loves to react on a low quality comments neither no one will give you an up-vote for commenting nonsense or irrelevant words so please give quality.
5. Relate your comment
Relate your comment to the topic of the blog for them to give you what you deserved for being a contributor. Read the blog, also choose a blog that you can relate for you to communicate effectively.
How to catch attention of high reputation / high valued steemians?
I am talking about the attention of high valued steemians thru comment. It's simple, all you have to do is to follow the 5 tips on how to earn thru comment!
I am not an expert but this is my experienced of earning more on this platform not only by posting blogs but also thru other method which is the comment.
