Which browser do you use Jim?
If you are using a browser and are already logged in using Owner Key, just go and change the password. Your current password should be saved in browser cookie so it will be populated automatically. Try this if not try out the link "Recover my account" on the Wallet=>Password screen.
Hope this helps.
Get lastpass and you will only have to remember one password. That won't solve lost passwords though because it's too late.
