TIPS FOR STEEMIT THAT I LEARNED

in #steemit7 years ago

I'm still pretty new to steemit but I did some research and some of my own experience will help me help you with some tips for beginners on steemit.

No. 1 - CONTENT

when writing these posts you need to really try, you can't just type up whatever which is what i ended up doing for my first week on here. Also try to make it look more professional by adding things like headers which is done by doing a "#" with a word (#_header, i'm using an underscore to symbolize a space) if you do this people will take you seriously

No. 2 - STYLE

try adding pictures to your post to make it look nicer, also the picture that's at the top is the thumbnail, at least that what I've assumed from my posts. Most people have a few sentences with no pictures and no one will open those, that's why you need to make it look nicer with pictures and anything else you can add

No. 3 - POSTING TIME

So this is just a hypothesis but it worked pretty well for me and it's when to post, most people will post on times the website is the most active which makes sense the more people the more views but what I learned, and it worked, is to post when there aren't that many people on then that means there is less competition and your post will be noticed in the new section easier without being drowned out by all the other people.

Thats all the tips I have for now hopefully those tips were helpful and you enjoyed them, if you did please up-vote and comment what you think and follow if you have the time it will really help me out, I really want to make this work and I need your guys help to do it, even if you don't want to up-voting will really help and it only takes a second to do it

Thanks again :)
