Should Artificial Intelligence Have Free Speech?

One notes all the infringements in America, the United States of America, that now occur, are law.

Yet, Artificial Intelligences are allowed free speech and these adding machine beings are also allowed to write, publish whatever the in the hell they want. All they write was programmed into them by corporations who used our money to create this bullshit!

Now, because I am a registered Microsoft Developer and was for decades off and on, I decided I would join ChatGpt and was blocked from joining.
