Can't tell you how much it satisfies me when I see someone doing great things and achieving newer milestones partly because I guided the person and mainly because he or she chose to work hard and get what needs to be gotten!
People may see my guidance as giving but I am not giving anything. I am getting a lot lot of satisfaction seeing people do well and people appreciating my work.
