Choose Your Friends Wisely

The friends you choose have a dramatic effect on your own actions, behaviors and results.

The age old saying “birds of a feather flock together” is especially true when it comes to your friends. If you want to be successful, happy in life, positive, healthy, more productive, etc, make sure you associate with the right people who possess those attributes. Conversely, if you currently have friends who do not conform to your goals, avoid them at all cost! If you really cannot, you spend less time with them.

Stay away bad friends
Having good friends is an important aspect of a successful life. Look for friends who have positive impact and influence on your life. Avoid those who have negative impact in your life, who like to gossip on others, trying to tarnish other people reputation, problem-laden, unmotivated attitude and those who do not bother to improve themselves. Find friends that able to share their values and willing to improve themselves. Make these people part of your Mastermind

Why people fail in their business?
They are not doing the right things that will improve their business. Instead, they are focusing on spending unnecessary time by finding faults with people or trying to destroy other people business. Those people that are having too much idle time and like to gossip on others, are usually not doing well in their own industry because they don’t know how to run well in their own business. They rather choose to be jealous on other people's successful business. Negative people with negative mindset, will not able to succeed even at their late age and they usually failed many times in their life.

In fact, you should seek multiple mentors, each has different skill and Mastery. Finding someone to mentor you will help you avoid unnecessary mistakes that the mentors had made in the past, look for the opportunity to learn new skills and techniques, hence provide invaluable inspiration.

Ignore someone who trying to act like mentor and asking you to pay high price for the info and provide guidance from them or someone trying to sell you things that you don’t need or someone who charge you a fee of $10/$20/$30/$40/$50 to $5k/$8k/$10k/$20k & few thousands for meeting them.

Friendship is build by trust. Money can’t buy any true friendship/relationship/business partners.

You should always keen to learn new things and acquire new skills. That is what successful people always do. They are able to achieve success today because they are always want to improve themselves.

If you do not make it a point to keep learning, you will become ignorant in a world that is constantly changing. You could enroll in your local community, learning places, college, classes, sign up for a course, attend a talk conducted by an expert, watch TED talks, Success Resources, Singapore Entrepreneurs Club & etc.
