How to create posts in 73 different languages without knowledge about the languages
Hi Steemians! Today I am going to tell you about a new exciting tool called steem translator designed by me. This tool is actually a chrome extension. You can use this chrome extension to translate to different languages you want. (Support this extension to get nonstop usage of this extension by upvoting this post or sending SBDs/Steem to @itwithsm with Memo "Steem Translator Support").

Features of Steem Translator:
- This extension can translate 73 different languages
- The translated languages are in 100% html supported fonts. i.e. Steemit users will be able to easily read your post in any browser or steemit app.
- Easy to use interface.
- Auto embed buttons. The application has auto embed buttons. You will be able to add the translated language by using one click buttons.
- Steem Translator automatically embeds left to right or right to left divs according to the selected or translated language.
How to use Steem Translator:
Once you have downloaded and installed Steem Translator, following interface will automatically add up bellow your posting area (on post designing page):
select a source language or select "Auto Detect" if you don't know the language.
Now select target language from target drop down menu
Now click on Translate button:
Now when you have translated to the desired language. You can add the text from "Input Textarea (Source Language Text)" or "Target Text Area (Target Language Text / Translated Language)" by just clicking the "Add To Post" Buttons accordingly:

It’s a good idea, especially for people who’s English is not good enough. Being able to write in English will make their posts reach more readers.
I just have one thought: don’t you think it will increase plagiarism through translation? (I don’t know if this is a problem of the same level as ‘normal’ plagiarism, but I’m not sure how Google, Cheetah or the Steemcleaners think about that...)
No dear it will not increase plagiarism.. This extension is just meant to facilitate people who have less or no knowledge about different languages.. I have seen many posts having really bad English. So, this tool is for those who have problems with languages..
Don't get me wrong: I'm really happy with this tool because it gives people with a limited knowledge of English a chance to reach a broader audience, which is a very good thing.
I just vaguely remember reading a post (or maybe just the title of the post) some time last week about plagiarism through translation, and the thought just popped up in my head.
(Personally I don't have a problem with people translating quality articles. If it's good information, why not translate to share it with the world)
Well in next release of this extension I will include some extra things to avoid copied text and also hoping to design some bot which will detect plagiarized articles by translation.
You can always plagiarize through translation. I dont see this affecting that in any way.

It's a very useful extention, I hope a lot of people will install it and use it and I hope it will translate better than google translate.

without knowledge about the languages? despite the fact I appreciate your development effort, promoting the use of the translator to people with no knowledge about the language will lead to low quality articles and texts that doesn't make sense since no automatic translator makes no errors.
Dear! There are many users here who can't write articles in English and they are already creating very low quality articles at least this translator will improve their posts. This translator intends to motivate them to write in language they know and get the translation to the desired language. Thanks for assuming and down voting without checking my work/extension. That's your way to appreciate my hard work and cash that I have spent on this translator.
Quality content cannot be created for 73 idioms without knowing the languages - as you advertised. and the downvote is just a little(-0.03$) one because I don't agree with the reward for it because the use you suggested with the article will feed the creation of non-sense articles. next time if you want no downvotes and you do the contribution for the reward make sure the community really wants it before you even start building. Well its just a start to get it going in next update I am changing it to manual translations and already started working on that before your downvote. In next update I will hire a team of translators whenever a user requests a translation the request will be sent to the translators of related language pair via discord and their response will be sent back to the user. The translation team members will get 90% of the SBDs/Steem being earned from the Steem Translator. And downvote is downvote for me whether its worth is low or high, downvotes and upvotes really count for me not the worth. Well its your choice, I felt really discouraged and thought not to think anything out of the box again and have stopped working on this yet and may be I will delete this extension if I get 1,2 more negative responses like yours.
And remember we should discuss the things before assuming good or bad. You just assumed without asking about my intentions. The catchy titles are just a business strategy to get more users to this and in fact more translators for this project.
