At just one week after becoming member of the Steemit’s community, I received an invitation to attend the first meeting in San Cristóbal, Venezuela. After noticing on Discord how fraternal can be this community, I felt with the mood to participate, I didn’t know what to expect, because although we have something in common, which is creating content for the Steemit platform, I was curious about the way, a group in which most of the people does not know each other could share.

Once I arrived the park and we gathered, I had the opportunity to listen everyone to introduce themselves, besides laughing with every joke and occurrence that arose in the group, I realized two things, first that definitely the steemians are characterized by being very friendly, and second, that all the steemians there were widely talented, their talents were as diverse as their ages, where the youngest girl was only 13 years old.

After we met, the day became an interesting and funny Parkour practice, that impressive sport where people make incredible jumps and pirouettes, climb walls and move at high speed through urban areas without falling. Of course we did not do any of these risky movements, as we had the assistance of three steemians with great talent in this sport, they had the idea to make us try an assisted Backflip, a movement also known as a back somersault; you can imagine how much fun we had watching eachother to try, with or without success, although in the end we were all able to achieve it.

That way ended up the day, sharing ideas, having fun with the Parkour practice, and many initiatives for subsequent meetings, whiling to inviting more steemians from the city to this great group , so that way we can make every meeting more interesting and productive.
