Ill give you the quick breakdown. If you write a post the default setting is 50%50%. that means if it makes $100, $50 goes to your steem power and $50 goes to your spendable SBD account. You can buy Steem and SBD (steem backed dollars) and use them to power up by transferring them to your steem power. Your steam power is essentially the number in parenthesis after your name. you Irinatsvetkova , are a 27. I am a 53. Your full vote is worth probably 4cents, mine is about 12cents. when you write a post, before you actually popst it, there is an option at the bottom right to select how much of your proceeds you want to go to steem power or steem dollars. default setting is 50/50. you make steem power by producing good content that people upvote and moving your proceeds to steem power, you can do this under the wallet settings.
