Today I want to try to explain about Opacity and Dust Monitor Systems

The cement plant needs a dust monitor systems, because the dust from coal material very dangerous for the environment, it will go out through the stack and damaging the environment around the plant, let say eating too much dust is bad for your health

Many country make a new innovation to measure the dust from the stack, I don't want to put the name of the product here, let's call it X200. Opacity and dust monitoring systems provide precision monitoring of particulate concentrations in cement industry for environmental regulation and compliance for opacity or dust measurement

X200 systems have simple menu operation of all features, it can remotely via a main control unit or in the control room via a standard Modbus interface

Total calibration procedures take less than three minutes, a simple push button procedure that requires no special tools or equipment. The Calibration does at Workshop before install at site and working good.

X200 must be audit test every 6 month, and the audit test results showed each test not exceeds. because the operator in cement plant will use this product to monitoring opacity and dust, if the opacity exceeds the range then combustion is reduced to maintain the environment
