Alcohol
agam beer is a term used to distinguish and categorize beer with factors such as color, taste, strength, ingredients, methods of production, recipes, history, or origin. The concept of a modern beer type is largely based on the work of writer Michael Jackson in his 1977 book The World Guide To Beer where he categorizes beer from around the world into style groups according to local customs and names.
Although a systematic study of beer varieties is a modern phenomenon, the practice of distinguishing between ancient beer varieties is different, originating from at least 2000 BC. The study of what is meant by beer style may involve origins, local traditions, empirical material and impressions, which are conventionally broken down into several elements.
Usually: aroma, appearance, and taste in the mouth. That taste may include the level of bitterness of beer because of agents that bite such as hops, roasted barley or herbs and the sweet taste of sugar present in beer.
