We all have Delegated Proof of Stake (DPoS) because of the SP (vesting shares actually) vested in the Steem blockchain. However, Steem has moved a step further and emphasizes the Proof of Brain incentives more often. It does not mean that DPoS does not exist anymore, it means that new users and average users have more to do with Proof of Brain and it is more understandable.
