If Steem is going to be huge, we need better end user experience.
I've been a Steem user for only a week, but one thing that is apparent to me is if we really want Steem to get huge, there needs to be a better end user experience.
This starts from the very moment you sign up. Currently it requires you to store or save a master password that is super long and not rememberable. This is fine for most technically savvy people, but not a great solution for 95% of those that aren't. It would be great if there was some form of two-three step authentication that would be more rememberable than what we have now.
Secondly, the app as it stands right now is not a very fluid or great experience. Its clunky and not very easy to navigate. I'm sure the are improvements coming down the road, but a solid App is a must for any growth. The app has turned me off to the experience of Steem, but I'm holding on for something better.
We need an experience that is great, if not better, for the end users as it is for the content creators. Right now, we do not have a solid experience for end users.
What do you guys think? What improvements, if any, need to be made?
