With that amount of data you should be able to turn into a conversions based campaign. That is if you have the pixel installed properly. There's an immense opportunity to get higher quality CPC.
I'd then drill down, which countries are the most clickers, which ages and genders, which placements. And create separate adsets for them.

We're not tracking conversions just yet as the traffic is directed to a Steemit post, but a customized LP is in the plan :)
