#Positive habits for a positive life#
Are we aware of what a habit is, or what are habits?
Now, what we understand by habits, we hear the word pronounced and we deduce what it is or what it means. But we really know it, we put it into practice, we are aware that everything or that we do daily positive or negative for our life, can we turn it into a habit?
Habits, ** _ are those actions, thoughts or emotions that we repeatedly carry out daily in our lives, such as going to the bathroom when getting up, brushing teeth, having breakfast, etc._ **
Consequently, everything that we carry out repeatedly every day we can turn into a habit, it becomes a lifestyle. But ... will all those actions or thoughts that we evoke daily that help us be better be positive?
Not all habits are good, such as smoking, drinking excess alcohol, eating junk food every day, among other things that, no matter how good they seem to us, deteriorate our health and often our mood, and that could also trigger more negative habits.
On the other hand, although we believe that the year has started difficult and that we feel that we have stuck in a state of personal and professional despair, all is not lost. How many times do we hear that knowledge is power, that positive minds attract success. Well I tell you that it is true. And even more when we surround ourselves with positivist people.
How to generate habits?
- Let's start by always having positive thoughts.
- That thought becomes desire (sensation)
- Let that feeling become an order.
- And that act make it repetitive so that it becomes a habit.
- Turn that habit into a lifestyle.
Be positive, and ideas are reborn, entrepreneurship and creativity will flourish.
** _ To start forming constructive habits we must take into account the following: _ **
- Decide where you want to go.
- Decide what to do to get there. (let's keep thinking positive)
- Start with what is most important.
- Assign the right time.
- Follow your own plan.
- Learn to rank what you want, one issue at a time.
- Renew yourself. Follow your plan until you reach the goal.
- Surround yourself with positive people who can be a support to reach your goal.
Everything has a beginning, obviously the beginnings are never easy, like when we decide to go to the gym super animated and therefore we strive our first day, but the next day when we begin to feel the effect of everything we did and we feel so sore, we end up giving up without having tried again and again until we reach the goal. So with everything, changing our negative habits for positive ones may cost us a bit, some more than others, but that does not mean that it cannot be possible. Everything will always depend on the level of commitment we have with ourselves.
Let's start with the first. Let's manage and plan what to change and how to start doing it.
