Make a difference, changing lives, buiding hope.
Recently, my colleagues and I from camfed paid a visit to one Anglican basic school here in Ghana, where we gave these little kids a spoken word about personal hygeine and How to study effectively and also made some donations to support them.
We are girls from Camfed, camfed is an abreviation for Campaign for Female Education.
A non profit organasation that came about as a result of the benovolent thoughts of Ann cotton, a British woman, that supports marginalised girls to go to school, succeed, and lead change Camfed is an international non-profit organisation tackling poverty and inequality by supporting girls to go to school and succeed, and empowering young women to step up as leaders of change.
We are leaders of change, and so, we are interested in making the lives of other people more lively and as well bring smiles to their faces.
These kids were so happy to have us around.
We communicated with them very well, and played with them as well, it was so lively.
In conclusion, i want to put it across to everyone, that there is joy, in giving.
Most espercially, giving to those who really need our help.

Like Dr. Aggrey said, if you educate a man you educate one person but if you educate a woman, you educate a whole nation, although i am a guy and i will naturally feel jealous about that quote, i cant help but appreciate the fact that there is an organization like yours in Ghana here. Keep up the good work because we all know how difficult it is fir an African girl to be educated.
