Psychological benefits of exercise are actullay just as compelling. Physically active people show significantly fever symptoms of depression than other people.
A research study done by doctors in University of Texas Medical Centre show the people who work 30 min in a day are half as likely to be deppresed then those people who don't work.
Exercise also releases endorphin to the brain creating a sense of well being. Exercise increases alpha waves activity to the brain. That the kind of waves that help you clear your mind and focus.

First of all set a time of 30 mins workout if you need music put it on. After the exercise write a journal. Not that how you feel physically but how you feel mentally? Focus on your mind and write how you felt.
