The real rewards are currently decreasing since the reward pool is not large enough to cover all revenues.

In other words, people take away more Steem that they invest into Steem Power. Plus the value of Steem decreased due to problems on Poloniex. The solution is quite simply. We must show that we trust in Steem and Steemit. That rises the value and therefore our reward will be increasing slowly.
