The recent "Trade War" and associated Tariffs are just that... War.... Economic warfare designed to put pressure on 'Murika's foreign enemies (Enemies, being defined as anyone who doesn't kneel and pucker up for 'Murika's Oligarchy.)

There will soon be a "False Flag" incident (Whether it actually makes sense or not) regarding Iran. The US Gubernment is losing it's proxy war in Syria, and will turn it's scorn against Iran. What the American people don't understand is that the US has been waging war against Iran since 1983. Economic war with sanctions. The US recently "Pulled out" of the Nuclear deal with Iran (As if "Pulling out" ever prevents HIV, or pregnancy,) and the rest of the World views this as 'Murika simply reneging on a treaty that we had signed. (You can't ignore this! There's no justification for Drumpf to have reneged on this Treaty. The US Oligarchs are simply PO'd that Iran dumped the PetroDollar back in April, and Drumpf is doing what He's told... So much for "Draining the Swamp".)

When justification is conjured up to "Initiate limited airstrikes" against Iran (And it WILL be mark my words.... Western Oligarchs won't stand for their hoards of worthless US Dollars being threatened.) Iran being the Middle Eastern equivalent of David facing Goliath will play it's one trump card (No pun intended.) They will close the Strait of Hormuz!!! They can do this, there's no doubt. High ranking US Navy Admirals have admitted so. They can't do it for long, as the US navy moves in, but not before Lloyds of London or whatever insurance agency is holding the insurance policies on the World's Oil Tankers sends out a letter to it's Policy Holders. If you own a Multi Million Dollar Ship, would you send it into a war zone without an insurance policy? A QUARTER of the World's oil passes through those waters. All the flag waving in the World won't help you when you pull up to the gas pump.

Lets turn our attention back to "Tariffs" again....

They are also a tax on YOU! End of story. Who receives the money that gets paid in "Tariffs"? Washington!!! Who pays the money through higher prices on foreign goods you buy... YOU!!! This is a no brainer. Beyond that let's look at how the economy is very soon going to be affected. The President had a great (Yuuge) photo -op recently to announce his "Emergency aid to farmers" over China's retaliatory tariffs on Soybeans. Who will get the $12 Billion he promised? Big Agricultural Corporations, and mega farms!!!! How much of this will small family farmers get? Zero, zip, zilch!!!! (Well maybe a few crumbs to make the Public feel better.) Who pays the price? Family farms will begin dropping like flies! Together with the ongoing drought, and almost this Year's entire Corn crop failing (I live in Iowa, and see this first hand.) Farming in America is in BIG trouble!!! Good luck making those big John Deere payments this Fall. BTW; Who will pay for the "Emergency aid to Farmers", all $12 Billion of it??? YOU
