Friends, I've launched a new service that will show you notice is sleep or awake @randowhale. You probably know that @randowhale can upvote for your posts. This is an excellent upvote bot belongs to its author @berniesanders.
There was only one problem, it was necessary to keep track of sleep or awake up this bot, it is inconvenient. I decided to fix this problem. Now I'm not a good programmer, and for me it was not easy to do.

Using the python, I'm parsing a web page using a library lxml. So I check it for a change. Then using the service ifttt.com, where you can use Webhooks.

This allows me to send data to Telegram.

The delay is less than a minute, because I can not poll a web page more often. This does not prevent, as a rule, the bot wakes up about 10 minutes. I know this is not the best solution, but it works :)
