You need to put a lot more work into communicating what you're trying to do here. I can't make sense of it. At this point, it's very generic and I'm wondering if you're being vague on purpose.

Go back to the drawing board and try again. Don't abandon it, just do a better job of explaining what it is your trying to do and how it's going to work.
