So here's my dilemma.

I am being let go from my current job and will have have 6 months at home while tending to a recuperating relative.

I will have a LOT of free time in between bouts of tending to my relative.

I won't have to worry about bills or anything else of a financial nature. All I will have is time.

I don't think I'll lever get this opportunity again so am REALLY keen to make the most of it.

So what skills would you learn if you had this opportunity?

Learn programming, read many books, learn to play some musical instrument, watch videos of the owners of the world's largest companies, and see how they started their business.

I would learn to play keyboard and piano, in addition to planning a big business in the business world, and studying to understand a little more of the cryptCurrency to invest. I'll follow you @g-no

If financial stage is not a thing to worry or consider.

I would love to invest in mining rigs and conducting meetups with crypto or like minded people. To grow and build the community.

Mostly travel to the places where i can learn more and live my interests.

Also, touching every single person of my life who inspired me to become who I am today.

@g-no I hope you never forget these fruitful days in life and the freedom you gonna taste living on your dreams.

I am having more or less experience as you but I choose it - just become a freelancer one day and enjoy what I am doing. When I had this choice what to do in my free time - the very first question I asked was " What I always dreamed of doing?" It was that simple, but this lead me in a lot of fantastic experiences in my life including learning Spanish, finding a volleyball club, learnning new painting tecnhique and cooking art which I never though I can do%)) I really wish you find something for yourself and use this time at a maximum! On the second though, why not to consider what you can do after 6 month to have more of less lifestyle? @g-no Good luck and keep us informed - I will be interested to know what you have come up with?%)

Keeping in mind what the state of the world is, learning to code or expanding your knowledge in coding sounds like the best thing you can spend 6 months on. There are a lot of free courses out there and some awesome paid ones.

But if you decide to learn a new programing language or something like that, you shouldn't just start studying, but you should start learning how to code in the context of a real world project. For instance, you might want to build a Steem app, a complex website, a desktop application, a mobile application or even do some machine learning, it really depends on your interests. But pick an ambitious project that you like and start working on it from scratch. That's really the best way to learn a new skill - put it to practice on something real.

Wow... Very very nice . I would learn karate.
