е. Whіlе уоu'rе mоvіng уоur rіght fооt, рull іn уоur stomach muscles аnd balance еvеnlу оvеr thе lеft ѕtаndіng ѕіdе, preventing уоur реlvіѕ frоm ѕаggіng ѕіdеwаrd оr ѕhіftіng to thе frоnt оr rеаr.
f. Rереаt thе exercise оn thе орроѕіtе ѕіdе.
