Your voting power almost ran out. You start with 100% and it decreases with each up-vote you give. In 24 hours, the voting power goes up around 20%. That's why people do advice not to up-vote more than 20 times a day.
Getting a reputation on Steemit is not easy. I try to build to post quality post, most of them (all) are unnoticed, reply to interesting posts from other steamians. This way you will build a group of followers, which gives your posts more exposure!
