Sold on STEEMIT!

Okay STEEMIANS, I admit it. I am sold on STEEMIT. The platform, while not perfect, is good and usable. The currency has real potential.

Most importantly, the community is excellent. Intelligent posts and comments abound. There's plenty of useful information here, along with entertainment. And from what I have seen, STEEMIT is making people's lives better. Whether it is providing a way for creators to get some income for their work (instead of some mega-corp capturing all the benefit), someone getting the info they need to move into cryptocurrencies, or someone in a poor part of the world moving from poverty to online income, STEEMIT is having a real impact.

Over the last couple of months I have had lots of stuff going on (moving, GETTING MARRIED, settling Mom's estate, no at-home Internet access for 6 weeks). In the midst of all that, I discovered STEEMIT. And I really liked what I saw, so decided to give this system (service?, community?) a try.

I have ported over all my posts from my FreerTomorrow.com blog to STEEMIT and am very happy with the results. It is time to go all in and make STEEMIT the initial destination for my writing from now on.

I will post my new content here, even before I post it to my blog. And of course I will be writing STEEMIT-specific stuff like this post as well. STEEMIANS have a chance to do something important (and potentially very lucrative) for the world here. I want to be part of it.
