The Perfect Salad
This for me is a perfect salad. Everything nutritious is in this salad. Leafy greens, like lettuce, spinach, celery, cilantro, mushrooms, peanuts, dates, cranberries, apples, it has a creamy dressing with a hint of lemon in it. Very tasty, you can actually eat the whole bowl and not feel that full. Very light to the body, very healthy too. I am trying to eat healthy foods because I am not getting younger. We have to be very careful of what we have to eat because it goes inside our body. Food can give us food poisoning if you’re not careful. I will end my sharing here, see you all next time.
