Great work, it's basically a win win for everyone, the more people we recruit to steemit, the value of our steem goes higher. I'm kind of slowly investing into Steemit because i'm putting most of my money into EOS. These are my two main investments that I do believe it will take off to the atmosphere in due time.

Most newbies won't last long if you tell them that it's easy to make money. I know, it's a great way to convince someone but, you have to be forthright about it. Nothing in life is easy, same thing with steemit, people with a huge following prior to joining steemit will have a very easy time. They did work hard to get those followers in the first place. But for most of us, it's hard.

I joined Steemit July this year and it's been slow, but i'm still grinding out contents regularly. I know it's only been a month, but prior to that I had a website and was writing contents for a year or two but seeing very little growth.

Since July, I decided to focus more on Steemit and post my contents here first. Been recruiting people from my facebook groups and in person. I always tell them, don't join because you think it's easy money, although there are people who have made thousands already. You might be able to do the same. I then show them steemit.com and they see how some people are making hundreds of dollars in one post. And they are in.
