Scrypto: A Steemit Competitor?
I recently heard about the ICO for Scrypto which looks to be somewhat of a competitor to the Steemit community and has some similarities. If you haven't heard of this site before I recommend that you take a look at it as, from my understanding, it is supposed to serve purely as a social network for the Cryptocurrency community. One of their goals is to create a convenient place for the cryptocummunity to find news and information.
I think the base design, functionality, and layout looks nice but what really caught my attention is the project roadmap. They have some really interesting items on the roadmap such as:
- A cryptocurrency rating system and portfolio with support for over 800 cryptocurrencies
- Mobile platform with group chats
- Gaming platform
- Crowdinvest, ICO platform
- Stream platform
- Cryptocurrency exchange
- Expert-training platform
Similar to how you upvote posts on Steemit, you can also reward users for creating quality content on Scrypto. I am looking forward to see how this project develops. Check it out as the ICO is currently live for another 1 month and 22 days.
