⏺Potential $60,000 profit I lost in the last 2 weeks.. Part 1
No exaggeration. I could've bought myself an R8 supercar cash yesterday if I had just made the right decisions.
I had an opportunity to invest in a crypto currency called NEO 2 weeks ago. I was talking to my one whale friend, discussing every single day about it's progress. Discussing that it was going to have some major growth in the short-term.
We were bargaining that if the the price retraced down to a certain price, we would buy-up!
Time to make myself feel bad! :D
At the time, the coin was just under $10. Check this out. You can see we had the opportunity to buy at $9.93 on August 3rd! This was 12 days ago.
We had a plan to buy-up if price had retraced back to around $8. It never did. Check what happened only 4 days later.
It doubled. Literally. As you can see, that was on August 7th!

I could have bought it at 3 $, but I hesitated, because at that time I wanted more steempower... It is sad, but if you compare the chart with some other more famous coins, you will see similarities. Meaning jumping over 12 than 20, 30, 40, 50 in a very short amout of time, then only retracing very little before exploding more... I don't think you will ever get in cheap again...

So true hey. Yeah, it's a pretty hectic thought if you could actually have gotten in at $3! Would've been epic. Very valid point with the graphs. The only problem is actually identifying which one would do great before the time.

I know how that feels and I have gone through that many times but fret not, crypto is still in infancy stage and quite some time away from mass adoption so I'm sure you will find another one that will rocket to the moon :)

I have bitcoin mostly and had etherium but changed it to lack instead. So you see I guess I surprised you again 😉 but there are so many different so it's not easy to know what to buy. So as for now I stick to those I know.

Definitely hey! Then again, I'm sure if you just put a bit of money into 10 different small coins, that you will end up in profit.. It's super volatile, but at the same time, crypto has a nice tendency to purely go up lol! Love it :D

@enazwahsdarb - I can understand the pain. I bought Neo before rebranding (when it was ANS Share) at $5 and sold all share at $10. After that I was on side track from crypto world due to BTC hardfork. From past few days I also have same feeling. lol!

I was watching Neo go up from when it was $10 too. Only issue was that my exchange didn't work with Neo so I decided against buying in. They'll be hundreds of chances like this near future, you'll get it one day.
So you know exactly how I feel haha! Yeah, I like the sounds of that! 100's of chances. Only problem is, how will we know which one will shoot like NEO did..?
Exciting times though! I am going to buy a supercar with my fortune when I have it, and I will make a Steemit number-plate! :D Can't wait!
