Yeah, you can use something like:

 | Heading 1 | Heading 2 | Heading 3| 
 |:--- |:----:| ----:| 
 | left align | center align | right align |

Heading 1	Heading 2	Heading 3
left align	center align	right align

but I always have trouble getting this to work!
