It must have been murder because if she would have shot herself in the head while sitting on the chair the gun should be in the other hand.
Not necessarily, because she could be sitting with the back to the window, but I also think it’s murder, because she has cigarette in the other hand.

Because she was shot up against the wall. If she was going to commit suicide she would have not been up against the wall and blood would have splattered all over NOT only against the wall.
