I think the Polo problem is also holding Steem down a lot...
Poloniex is getting worst really. Yesterday I deposited ETC in poloniex but they never showed up. So I deposited in bittrex and got them in 10 minutes.
I got all my money out there weeks ago, they suck big time!

poloniex problem problem !!
Fuck Polo, I have no idea what it takes them so long to solve there problems....
I stopped using Polo some weeks ago, because there had been various issues, including delayed transfers to other exchanges. When they turned off the trollbox, I finally refused to do business on that platform. They might either come back soon with better server-structure and -power, or disappear. Which might influence btc price on a short-term level.

Steem ned move daily active user i'm referring steem to my frends and followers to sing up but the sing up its taking mor than 1 week to verify new user
This will be fixed in the next Hard Fork
