Wow, this information of yours @surpassinggoogle is very helpful to all of us to prevent our acc from phishing. That site is really fishy.
One of my friend also almost victimized by this phishing scheme and this is so unfair to us who are exerting effort.
For me, i just bookmark the site in my pc or make a shorcut icon in my cp and avoid any logins in the suspicious sites.
Yes, the site is down now though. One filipina came in that chats, she got hacked and her funds transfered. We have worked on her account recovery. Overall, power up is a safety measure. There is no reason not to powerup basically. At most there is just a one week delay to power down. Use familiar sites, steemit, busy.org and any third party site should have steemconnect V2 integration. And your posting key, if you are not sure of things

There are two now, i have seen from the Filippines i mean. The most recent is dante01 but i am pretty sure they will recover their accounts
I am sure @dante01 recovered his. We had exchages in my recent post. He's beating himself up though for making the mistake. The link apparently was given in a chat group. Just glad he was able to recover his account.
