Steemit needs to be advertised.

With everything cool with steemit. What's missing is a good advertisement campaign. That is all in my opinion steem is missing to take flight among all the other social medias. Twitter, Facebook, Instagram. If no major advertisement campaign ever takes off. I don't think steem will ever be huge. There is far less money in the steem block chain per person than that of Facebook or even Myspace. The amount of people reached and paired up with barely compares. Steemit is much like WordPress minus the referred friends lists. Which is a whole other story. Steemit is unheard of and hard to talk to people about. A person is not going to engage in a topic they know nothing about. It's much like talking gargon at this point in history not like social media. Social media is so much apart of life and even though I use steemit occasionally it is far from the main subject of everyday life.
