Patanjali Rishikul environment Day

Covid-19 and the consequent lockdown could not deter Rishikulites from promoting environmental awareness.

World Environment Day was celebrated on 5 June, 2021 with immense enthusiasm, wherein various activities were designed for students to perform from their homes thus keeping them aware of the environment issues. On this occasion, students took part in many kind of online activities organised to sensitise them to the issues of climate change, deterioration of natural resources, etc. They made eco–friendly bags, posters, pocket books and wrote slogans on the theme ‘Save Environment’. They also planted saplings in their homes and took to the digital medium to express themselves through reciting a poem, orating an informative speech, making a short film that helps society focus on environmental issues.
