Looking for 'Good Luck' here on Steemit? Come and get it...
We often think about successful people here on Steemit as having lots of luck.
So do you think there is always some element of luck involved in every success story?
But I’m a firm believer in that if you find never ending ways to reinvent yourself for the better, to continuously improve your Steemit activities then luck will have a way of finding you.
Get into KAIZEN, the Japanese business philosophy of constant and never ending improvements. So keep coming up with great ideas for posts, great research and above all sheer will and perseverance.
You can earn the chance to be lucky because you will keep showing up. Dreams and goals don’t just happen because you decided to set a goal, it’s the hard work and determination that creates transformation and success. And that’s the difference between goal setting and goal achievement, most people are experts at planning and goal setting but seem to falls short on the achievement part.
Focus on the doing, not the dreaming and just keep moving forwards., keep up with your activities here on Steemit and seize on your next opportunities for more followers, more up votes and more positive comments. And you don’t even need to find perfection because there’s no such thing and is just plain boring. So don’t just wish, start doing.
If you want to release that creative genius inside each and every one of us then just work on it continuously each and every day. Consistently until you see the results and outcomes you really want.
You can achieve what you set out to become, do, and have with your Steemit journey, just put the right energy into it and work hard at it.
Remember, the world meets nobody half way. If you want to get lucky then go and create it.
Thank you for reading this post because I hope it helps you to get more luck here in Steemit, (if you know what I mean).

All my hopes and dreams.
Very nice post, but there is one problem, most people don't read your posts, I just posted an article and after 3 minutes I had 3 comments, none of which made much sense so I think they just looked at the title surmised what was written in the article and took it fron there. What I am saying is people mostly vote for curation rewards, and anyway the votes that count are the dolphin and whale votes if what you are looking for is money, now there are a selected few writers who are actually followed and read by many, these guys get votes from people who actually read their posts or view their videos.
I have only been here a few days, but if it is like any other social media site than I cannot imagine the people leaving irrelevant "follow4follow" comments last that long. I think the incentive for money does encourage people to post shit, but it's probably not going to get upvoted anyway.
You're exactly right, follow me/follow you, vote me/ vote you is doomed to failure. For me the incentive is building a long term community of active followers. And if I can help them in anyway along the journey then that's what gives me a real buzz.
I had never heard of kaizen before and had to look it up on Wikipedia. People sometimes think success and improvement is a tremendous and singular event. Oftentimes it is more of a slow incline, pushing forward a little each day. It's just usually only that the successes that result are visible to others.
Very true, it is pushing forwards a little each day and correct, results and outcomes are often noticed by others first.
