Difficulty Steeming? Boost Consistency & Quality Posting with this...

in #steemit7 years ago

It can be easy to make excuses right?

  • I don’t know enough.
  • I don’t have enough time/ I have plenty of time.
  • I just need to do this then I’ll start.
  • I’m not in the mood to write.

Want to succeed here then here’s my motto:

‘Accept No Excuses’.

These are self-imposed rationalizations and you’re only lying to yourself. Each day that you’re unable to post you’re potentially losing valuable Steem and Steem Power and to add to the create a post of valuable and useful content. Is keeping a consistent flow of valuable content within your control? I would think it is.

How motivated do you feel right now to post your next successful post?

Are you writing about your real passion or the things you’re really interested in? If not then you’re more likely to procrastinate. What might cause you to stop writing or putting off research into your next posts?

If you don’t find your topic and level of understanding relevant then there would be little motivation.nTo find motivation, figure out why you’re writing about this topic and what meaning it has to you, and to your life.

And then find your personal way into the subject or task. The information you really want to share will be much more interesting because it has your unique spin on it, experience and knowledge.

Think how it can improve your life and the lives of fellow Steemians. So get started on your next post and get finishing it.
Get todays post out of the way, get it shared and your life becomes richer on the inside and outside as a result.

And that in itself should be motivation enough.

How would you describe your office or home environment?
Is it supporting you in producing consistent and quality Steemit posts?

It may be a challenge to truly get away from distractions. Music, television, or the nearest mobile phones. Are there just too many people around?

There maybe many distractions that are keeping you from focus and concentration as you may want to totally invest yourself in the Steem World then it's vital to eliminate or reduce distractions. Your post could become compromised by spelling errors, lack of fact checking, or shallow research.

In addition it's a myth that multi-tasking is of benefit and studies have shown that people cannot multi-task effectively. It's so much better to focus solely on the task at hand and if producing consistent and quality Posts here on Steemit then so be it.

Find a quiet space — or at least one with minimal distractions. The price may seem high at first, but the payoff of a really successful post and result will be more than worth it.

It's the opposite for me. I'm bursting with ideas to write about. Just a few views would make me so happy with my endangered species and stroke awareness posts. I think you make excellent points about procrastination. Many people suffer from that. You soon shape up when you are reminded how short life is. Good luck with passing on your message! oh, that does sound exciting, you're definitely in the flow and I am very humbled with your expectations here on Steemit. However I do wish you all the success, views, and STEEM in the world. And you're right, life is short and thank you for esteeming and upvoting.

Great topic! Keep it up

Thanks a lot, appreciated.
