Vorab: Diese Idee ist keinesfalls auf eine rechtliche Umsetzbarkeit geprüft und stellt lediglich meine Ideen für einen eigenen Token dar.

Ich überlege mir seit geraumer Zeit, wie ich mein Team an meinem persönlichen finanziellen Erfolg, sowie dem meiner Firmen und Projekte beteiligen kann.

Bei uns steht überwiegend die intrinsische Motivation im Vordergrund, dennoch möchte ich mein Team, welches jeden Tag hart arbeitet und überwiegend (teilweise auch vollständig) für den Erfolg der Projekte verantwortlich ist, zusätzlich zu ihrem Gehalt, finanziell weiterbringen und unterstützen.

Ohne mein Team wäre ich nichts und heute nicht da wo ich aktuell bin!

Nachdem ich https://buildteam.io/ @buildteam kennen gelernt und einen netten Call mit dem Founder & CEO @TheCryptoDrive hatte, sowie mir das ultra geniale Konzept der Mitarbeiterbeteiligungen (ESOP) auf der Ethereum Blockchain von NEUFUND durchlas , kam ich auf folgende Idee die ich euch hier vorstellen möchte:

Der LEAN Token

Grundkonzept

Jeweils zum 1. des Monats wird ein Teil der von meinen Firmen & Projekten generierten Einnahmen an alle LEAN Tokenholder in Form einer noch zu definierenden Cryptocurrency ausgeschüttet.

LEAN Distribution

Wie die Token verteilt werden ist noch unklar. Folgende Ideen schwirren in meinem Kopf:

• Team member erhält, für jeden Monat der er länger im Team bleibt Token
• Team member erhalten, für erreichte Projektziele LEAN Token
• Team member erhalten LEAN Token als Incentive anstatt Weihnachtsgeld / Urlaubsgeld

Projekte

Im ersten Schritt werden es überwiegend crypto-only Projekte sein, welche in die monatliche Ausschüttung an alle LEAN Token Holder gehen werden. Im zweiten Schritt kann ich mir vorstellen, Teile meiner fiat basierten Projekte, sowie Teile der Einnahmen an Firmenverkäufen ebenfalls in den so genannten LEAN General Fund einließen zu lassen.

Content Projekte

Wir werden 2018 sehr viel Content rund um meine Brand sowie das Team publizieren.
Ein Teil (oder eventuell Alles, da der Content fast ausschließlich vom Team produziert und publiziert wird) der daraus entstanden Einnahmen fließen in den LEAN General Fund.

• Einnahmen aus Sponsored Posts / Werbekooperationen

Lending Projekte

Ich spezialisiere mich aktuell auf Crypto Projekte, die durch Proof of Stake oder durch das Verleihen der eigenen Cryptos tägliche / monatliche Renditen abwerfen (Blogpost dazu kommt bald). Da das Management, Controlling sowie den Ausbau von meinem Team zukünftig durchgeführt wird, fließt ein Teil der daraus entstanden Einnahmen ebenfalls in den LEAN General Fund.

Trading & Investment Projekte

Wie im letzten Post hier auf STEEMIT veröffentlicht, bin ich aktuell in der Auswahl eines Mitarbeiters, welcher für das Verwalten meines Cryptoportfolios sowie dem Ausbau der damit eingehende Projekte verantwortlich ist. Ihr könnt es euch denken: Ein Teil… -> LEAN General Fund

Der Verkauf von LEAN

Ich kann mir vorstellen, dass LEAN irgendwann auch von meinen Team-Mitgliedern verkauft bzw. an Crypto Börsen gehandelt werden kann und somit auch anderen Menschen ermöglichen sich an meinen Projekten zu beteiligen.

Fragen / Probleme

• Welche Blockchain passt am besten ?
• Welche Auszahlungswährung passt am besten?
• Da ich meinen Mitarbeitern nicht einfach Geld schenken darf - wie kann ein rechtlich korrektes Konstrukt aussehen?
• Was kann eine faire Verteilung der LEAN Token sein?

Ich freue mich über konstruktive Kritik zu meiner Idee. Eventuell habt ihr passende Vorschläge zu meinen noch offenen Fragen :)

For quite some time now, I have been thinking about how I can involve my team in my personal financial success, as well as that of my companies and projects.

We mainly focus on intrinsic motivation, but nevertheless, I would like to help and support my team, which works hard every day and is responsible for the success of the projects (partly also completely), in addition to their salary, financially.

The LEAN token

Basic concept

On the first day of each month, a part of the income generated by my companies and projects will be distributed to all LEAN token holders in the form of a cryptocurrency, which is still to be defined.

LEAN Distribution

How the tokens are distributed is still unclear. The following ideas are buzzing in my head:

• Team member receives tokens for every month he stays longer in the team
• Team members receive LEAN tokens for achieved project goals
• Team members receive LEAN tokens as incentives instead of Christmas / holiday bonuses

Projects

In the first step, it will be mainly crypto-only projects, which will go into the monthly distribution to all LEAN Token holders. In the second step, I can imagine including parts of my fiat based projects, as well as parts of the income from exits into the so-called LEAN General Fund.

Content projects

We will publish a lot of content about my brand and the team in 2018.
Apart (or everything, since the content is produced and published almost exclusively by the team) of the resulting income flows into the LEAN General Fund.

Lending projects

I am currently specializing in crypto projects that yield daily / monthly returns through proof of stake or by lending my own cryptos (blog post coming soon). The sale of LEAN

I can imagine that at some point LEAN can be sold or traded on crypto exchanges and thus also enable other people to participate in my projects.

Questions / Problems

• Which Blockchain fits best?
• Which payout currency suits best?
• Since I can't just give money to my employees, what can a legally correct construct look like?
• What can a fair distribution of the LEAN tokens be?
