Agreed. It sounds fishy when someone is willing to pay above market.
Just to clairfy, I am sending the payment upfront. I don't use an exchange because of liquidity issue. I prefer to deal with OTC. At exchange Steem liquidity currently means that my purchase would cause the price to appreciate which is to my disadvantage as a buyer.
