There is bots everywhere most probably 80% of the votes are bots... I tried to make an helpful bots!

Most of those votes and the reply by msjennifer are bots. The site is loaded with them trying to make steem or just be disruptive.
What do the bots have to do with the peg though?
In truth the SBD market is highly illiquid and it moves very easily, and engaging in the peg (ie. using the "convert to steem" option) still has its risks so it's not being done that rapidly.
